About the Free Distribution of Sanitary Products
The spread of COVID-19 has also affected the financial situation of Keio students.
We also understand that some may be facing financial difficulties for other reasons.
As part of the "Women's Body Support - Breeze Project," the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion will distribute free sanitary products to female students of this university who are facing financial insecurity.
We hope this support will help students lead a more comfortable university life.
Students who wish to receive the products should follow the instructions below.
■ Details of Support
Successful applicants will receive the following sanitary products at the university co-op store on the campus where they are enrolled.
(*Due to product inventory management, pickup is only available at the campus where you are enrolled.)
[Products Available]
・For heavy to regular daytime flow, with wings, 8-pack ×1
・For nighttime, 400mm, with wings, 3-pack ×2
(A simple, large paper bag will be provided, but please bring your own bag if necessary.)
■ Eligibility
This support is for female undergraduate and graduate students (regular, commuting students only) of this university who are facing financial insecurity due to circumstances such as a decrease in income from part-time jobs or household financial hardship preventing them from receiving sufficient allowance, as a result of the spread of COVID-19 or other reasons.
■ Application Period
From Monday, September 26 to 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 11
■ Selection Criteria
Applicants will be prioritized based on a total score calculated from their answers on the application form. Successful applicants will be selected based on this priority ranking and the number of items available for distribution.
■ Notification of Selection Results
Tuesday, October 18 (tentative)
All applicants will be notified of the selection results via their keio.jp email address.
*Please note that the notification will be sent by email, not as a message on the student portal.
■ Pickup Period and Method
・From the time you receive the confirmation email for "pickup available" until Wednesday, November 30
・Pickup will be at the co-op store on your enrolled campus (details will be provided by email).
・Your student ID card (IC card) is required for pickup. Please note that you will not be able to receive the items if you forget it.
・Items may be out of stock depending on the inventory at the co-op store. In such cases, please understand that you will need to pick them up at a later date.
■ Important Notes
*You will be required to enter your student ID number and enrolled campus information when applying.
*If you are logged into your web browser with a Google account other than your keio.jp account, you will not be able to access the application form. Please log in again with your keio.jp account.
(After switching accounts, we recommend closing and restarting your browser.)
*Pickup is not possible before the selection results are announced or after the pickup period has ended.
*Due to product inventory management, distribution is not available at campuses other than your enrolled campus.
*The right to receive the items cannot be transferred to others.
