Survey on Nursing Care
We are conducting a survey on nursing care for all faculty and staff members.
This survey is being conducted to gather your opinions for a review of the "KIND Program" offered by the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, and to inform future revisions and expansions of related systems.
We would appreciate your feedback not only on the KIND Program but also on Keio University's overall systems related to "nursing care."
Please note that while the information you provide will be used for various considerations within the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, we cannot guarantee that all suggestions will be adopted.
However, the survey is anonymous and contains no items that would identify you personally, so please provide your candid opinions.
Please note that the aggregated results, including the free-response answers, may be made public. In cases where publishing the content as is is deemed inappropriate from a personal information protection standpoint, we may take measures such as partially redacting or summarizing the content before publication.

Faculty and staff members (Those who have no experience using the KIND Program are also welcome to respond.)
