About the Free Distribution of Sanitary Products

The spread of COVID-19 has also affected the financial situation of Keio students.

In addition, some may be facing financial difficulties for other reasons.

As part of the “Women's Body Support - Breeze Project,” the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion will distribute sanitary products free of charge to female students at this university who are facing financial insecurity.

We hope this support will help students lead a comfortable university life.

Students who wish to receive the products should follow the instructions below to apply.

■ Details of Support

Successful applicants will receive the following sanitary products at the university co-op store on their registered campus.

(*Due to inventory management, products can only be picked up on your registered campus.)

・For heavy to regular daytime flow, with wings, 8-pack × 1

・For nighttime, 400mm, with wings, 3-pack × 2

(A simple, large paper bag will be provided, but please bring your own bag if necessary.)

■ Eligibility

Undergraduate and graduate students (regular, on-campus students only)

This program is for female students of this university who are experiencing financial insecurity due to circumstances such as a decline in income from part-time jobs or financial hardship in their household making it difficult to receive sufficient allowance, as a result of the spread of COVID-19 or other factors.

■ Application Period

From Tuesday, June 14 to 1:00 PM, Tuesday, June 28

■ Selection Criteria

Applicants will be selected based on their answers to the questions in the application form. Priority will be given to those determined to have a higher need based on their total score, and the final decision will be made in consideration of the number of products available for distribution.

■ Notification of Selection Results

Monday, July 4 (tentative)

All applicants will be notified of the selection results via their keio.jp email address.

*Please note that the notification will be sent by email, not as a message on the student portal.

■ Pickup Period and Method

・From the time you receive the confirmation email indicating you have been selected until Friday, July 29

・Pickup will be at the co-op store on your registered campus (details will be provided by email).

・Your student ID card (IC card) is required for pickup. Please note that you will not be able to receive the products if you forget it.

・Products may be out of stock depending on the inventory at the co-op store. In such cases, please understand that you will need to pick them up at a later date.

■ Important Notes

*You will be required to enter your student ID number and registered campus information when applying.

*If you are logged into your web browser with a Google account other than your keio.jp account, you will not be able to access the application form. Please open your Google account settings and log in again with your keio.jp account.

(After switching accounts, we recommend closing and restarting your browser.)

*Pickup is not possible before the selection results are announced or after the pickup period has ended.

*Due to inventory management, distribution is not available at campuses other than your registered campus.

*The right to receive the products cannot be transferred to others.
