About the Free Distribution of Sanitary Products

The spread of COVID-19 has also affected the financial situation of Keio students.

In addition, some students may be facing financial difficulties for other reasons.

The Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, as part of its “Women's Body Support - Breeze Project,” will distribute sanitary products free of charge to female students of this university who are facing financial insecurity.

We hope that this support will help students lead a comfortable university life.

Students who wish to receive the products should follow the instructions below.

■ Details of Support
For those selected, the following sanitary products will be distributed at the university co-op store on their registered campus.

(*Due to product inventory management, products can only be picked up on your registered campus.)

[Products Available]

・Pads with wings for heavy to regular flow, 8-count pack × 1

・Overnight pads with wings (400mm), 3-count pack × 2

(A simple, large paper bag will be provided, but please bring your own bag if necessary.)

■ Eligibility
This support is for female undergraduate and graduate students (regular, on-campus students only) at this university who are facing financial insecurity due to circumstances such as a decline in income from part-time jobs or insufficient financial support from home because of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, etc.

■ Application Period
April 18 (Mon) to May 9 (Mon) at 13:00


■ Selection Criteria
Selection will be based on the total score from your answers to the questions on the application form. Applicants judged to have a higher priority will be given preference, and acceptance will be determined after adjusting for the planned number of distributions.


■ Notification of Selection Results
May 13 (Fri) (tentative)

All applicants will be notified of the selection results via their keio.jp email address .

*Please be aware that notification will be sent by email, not as a message on the student portal.


■ Pickup Period and Method
・From the time you receive the confirmation email indicating you have been selected until June 8 (Wed).

・Pickup will be at the co-op store on your registered campus (details will be provided by email).

・Your student ID card (IC card) is required for pickup. Please note that you will not be able to receive the products if you forget it.

・Products may be out of stock depending on the inventory status of the co-op store. In such cases, please understand that you will need to pick them up at a later date.


■ Important Notes
*When applying, you will be asked to enter your student ID number and information about your registered campus.

*You will not be able to access the application form if you are logged into your web browser with a Google account other than your keio.jp account. Please open your Google account settings and log in again with your keio.jp account.

(After switching accounts, we recommend closing and restarting your browser.)

*Pickup is not possible before the selection results are announced or after the pickup period has ended.

*Due to product inventory management, distribution is not available at campuses other than your registered campus.

*The right to receive the products cannot be transferred to others.
