About the Free Distribution of Menstrual Products
The spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has also affected the financial situation of Keio students.
In addition, some students may be facing financial difficulties for other reasons.
As part of the "Women's Body Support - Breeze Project," the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion will provide free menstrual products to female students at this university who are facing financial anxiety.
We hope this support will help students lead a comfortable university life.
Students who wish to receive the products should follow the instructions below.
Please note that some details have been changed based on the results of the previous trial in July.
■ Details of Support
Successful applicants will receive the following menstrual products at the university co-op store on their home campus.
(*Please note that due to inventory management, products can only be picked up on your home campus.)
[Products Available]
・For heavy to regular flow, with wings (8 count) x 2 packs
・For nighttime, 400mm with wings (3 count) x 1 pack
(We will provide a simple, large paper bag, but please bring your own bag if necessary.)
■ Eligibility
This support is for female undergraduate and graduate students (regular, on-campus students only) at this university
who are facing financial anxiety due to circumstances such as a loss of income from part-time jobs or insufficient financial support from home because of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic or other reasons.
■ How to Apply

■ Application Period
From Monday, September 13 to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 1.
■ Selection Criteria
Applicants will be selected based on their answers to the questions in the application form. Those determined to have higher priority based on their total score will be given preference, and the final selection will be made after adjusting for the number of products available for distribution.
■ Notification of Selection Results
Thursday, October 7 (tentative)
All applicants will be notified of the selection results via their keio.jp email address.
■ Pickup Period and Method
・From the time you receive the confirmation email for pickup until Tuesday, November 30.
・Products can be picked up at the co-op store on your home campus (details will be provided by email).
・Your student ID card (IC card) is required for pickup. Please note that you will not be able to receive the products if you forget it.
・Products may be out of stock depending on the inventory situation on campus. In such cases, please understand that you may need to pick them up at a later date.
■ Important Notes
*When applying, you will be asked to enter your student ID number and home campus information.
*If you are logged into your web browser with a Google account other than your keio.jp account, you will not be able to access the application form. Please open your Google account settings and log in with your keio.jp account.
(After switching accounts, we recommend closing and restarting your browser.)
*Pickup is not possible before the selection results are announced or after the pickup period has ended.
*Due to inventory management, distribution is not available at campuses other than your home campus.
*The right to receive the products cannot be transferred to others.
