Until fiscal year 2020, we provided childcare support when classes were held on holidays. From fiscal year 2021, we have greatly expanded the scope of this support to include cases where it becomes necessary to work on a holiday for business reasons (such as coming to work for classes held on holidays, when entrance examination duties fall on a holiday, or when scheduled for a shift on a holiday for other regular duties).
