We offer individual consultations regarding gender and sexuality, daily life, career, and job searching/employment. Whether you are struggling with your gender identity, feeling anxious about relationships at work or school, or seeking to find your own way of working or living, you can feel free to consult us about any concern. Talking to someone can sometimes ease your mind and broaden your perspective. Consultations are conducted in a private space with consideration for privacy, and online support is also available if needed. All content is kept strictly confidential. We provide an environment where you can speak with peace of mind. Even if you think, ""Is this really something I can consult about?"", please talk to us first. How to Use
Application
Please apply via the ""Individual Consultation Form"" by 4:00 PM the day before your desired consultation date.
Notification of Consultation Date and Time
A coordinator will send you an email with the details of your consultation date and time.
On-site Visit and Reception
You will be asked to fill out a reception form and the ""Information for Individual Consultation Users"" form.
※For online consultations, we will send the ""Information for Individual Consultation Users"" form to the email address you provided. Please complete it and submit it via email by the interview date. We will also send you a consultation URL, so please prepare your environment and open the link to wait.
Consultation Implementation
守秘義務のもと専門のコーディネーターが担当します。相談内容に応じ、情報提供や、相談者の同意の上、必要に応じて学内外の関係組織と連携を図り対応します。
相談が50分を超える場合や、継続的な相談支援が必要な場合は再度日程調整を行います。
守秘義務について
A professional coordinator will handle your consultation under strict confidentiality. Depending on the consultation content, we will provide information and, with the consent of the consultee, collaborate with relevant organizations both inside and outside the university as needed.
If a consultation exceeds 50 minutes or if ongoing support is required, we will reschedule.
The content discussed during individual consultations will not be disclosed to third parties without the explicit consent of the consultee. The coordinators handling consultations strictly adhere to confidentiality obligations and handle all matters with the utmost consideration for privacy. However, only in cases where there is deemed to be a significant risk to the life or safety of the individual or others, we may contact relevant organizations to the minimum extent necessary. Even in such cases, we will explain the situation to the consultee as much as possible before taking action. Furthermore, to provide more appropriate support, information may be shared with relevant personnel within Kyosei Station arcoíris, while maintaining confidentiality, depending on the content.
