It is said that the need for caregiving can arise suddenly. If you feel you are the only one who can care for your parents and try to handle it all by yourself, it can lead to leaving your job for caregiving. Once you decide to "continue working," the question becomes a matter of how to balance work and caregiving. In this seminar, we will share methods for approaching caregiving as a project by skillfully using long-term care insurance services and work-life balance support systems, as well as tips for achieving balance in the workplace, all illustrated with specific anecdotes.
Speaker: Ms. Toyoko Tsunoda (wiwiw Inc.)
Format: Zoom Webinar
Eligibility: Faculty and staff only
