The Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion will hold the 5th "Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Week 2024" in December 2024.
We are pleased to provide information on the "Facilities and Costs" event, which will be held on Thursday, December 5, from 18:00 to 19:30.
We look forward to your participation.
We will answer your questions and concerns one by one, such as the difficulty of balancing work with providing care at home, a lack of understanding about nursing care insurance facilities and housing for the elderly, and uncertainty about the costs involved in nursing care.

Individual Consultation Sessions
The challenges of balancing work and nursing care, and their solutions, vary greatly from person to person. In these individual consultation sessions, we will help you assess your current situation, provide advice on the mindset needed for balancing both responsibilities, offer guidance on work-life balance and care plans, and provide psychological support for mental anxiety and stress.
*Sessions will be conducted as one-on-one Zoom meetings with a consultant. Family members are also welcome to attend.
