The Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion will hold the 5th "Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Week 2024" in December 2024.
We are pleased to provide information about the event "Good Communicators Are Good at Self-Care," which will be held on Tuesday, December 3, from 18:00 to 19:30.
We look forward to your participation.
Interpersonal relationships can be considered one of the primary factors affecting comfort in the workplace. Many people find it difficult to build relationships due to the wide variety of interactions both inside and outside the workplace, such as generational gaps, differences in values, and variations in positions and responsibilities. In this seminar, we will explore workplace relationships that affect our mental health and "how to communicate with others" to build good relationships, all from a mental health perspective.
