■ Dr. Tomoko Yoshihama (Project Assistant Professor, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, School of Medicine / Head of Department, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Tachikawa Hospital, Federation of National Public Service Personnel Mutual Aid Associations)

Mini-lecture

"Is This a Sickness? Talking About Menstruation and Vaginal Discharge—What Women Should Know to Stay Healthy and Active"

"This discharge... should I see a doctor?"

"Painful periods, worries about PMS, what should I do..."

In the midst of your busy lives, some of you may have concerns about symptoms related to menstruation or vaginal discharge but feel that visiting an obstetrician/gynecologist is a high hurdle.

This time, we will talk about what symptoms should prompt you to consider a doctor's visit and what women should know to continue to be healthy and active.

■ Professor Yasue Mitsukura (Professor, Department of System Design Engineering, Faculty of Science and Technology / CTO, Dentsu ScienceJam Inc. / CTO, eLife Inc. / President and CEO, FeMup Inc.)

Mini-lecture

"A New Femtech: Understanding Women's Biorhythms with a Simple Device"

In recent years, the term "Femtech" has become widespread, and its scope is diverse, including support for women and corporate assistance.

"Women's irritability was due to hormones"

We have been researching the mechanisms of the female mind and body from the perspective of hormones and have developed a new device that allows anyone to easily and effortlessly know their hormonal status anywhere, without a blood test.

"Track your menstrual cycle with a device. Maintain beautiful skin too!"

We will introduce these technologies and discuss physical ailments that can be caused by hormones. We will also introduce new findings about male biorhythms.

In the dialogue during the second half, we will explore the theme while answering questions from the audience in a Q&A session.

We look forward to your participation.
