How can the experience of excelling as a top athlete be applied to a career after retirement from competition?
This symposium invites Ryota Yamagata, who served as the captain of the Olympic delegation, and Kasumi Ishikawa, a former professional table tennis player and vice-captain of the Tokyo Olympic delegation, to discuss careers from an athlete's perspective from multiple angles.
This will be an opportunity to think together with everyone about how to demonstrate the experience and strengths cultivated through sports in society.
