We will be holding a seminar on women's health titled "Women's Health and Life Planning."

The Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion's "Women's Health Support - Breeze Project" will hold the following event on the theme of women's health.

This event will feature two mini-lectures and a dialogue session.

■ Tomoko Yoshihama (Assistant Professor, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, School of Medicine)

"What You Should Know Now! A Talk on Pregnancy and Childbirth"

She will provide a clear and specific explanation of general information about fertility treatment, when to see a doctor, and potential problems during pregnancy.

■ Yasuko Hosozaka (Professor, Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care)

"Are You Familiar with Preconception Care?"

What is a life plan that considers your own pregnancy and childbirth? Let's think about how to build "your body now" for the future.

In the dialogue session in the latter half, we will explore "women's life planning" while answering questions from the audience in a Q&A session.
