Qualifications Students Can Obtain

On completing the required coursework and earning the necessary credits, graduation is permitted and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) is conferred. Students also become eligible to take the National Nursing Examination.

If you meet the eligibility requirements, undergo the selection process, and obtain permission to enroll, you can choose either the Public Health Nurse or the Midwife elective course.

Nurse

All students admitted.

Public Health Nurse

Elective (20 students planned): Prerequisite is completion of required courses in the Public Health Nurse Course

* If you have already earned the credits specified under the Education Personnel Certification Act, you can apply for a Second-Class School Nurse License after graduation on the basis of having the public health nurse license.

Midwife

Elective (limited places, legally restricted to female applicants only): Prerequisite is completion of required courses in the  Midwife Nurse Course

* The Public Health Nurse Course and Midwife Nurse Course cannot be selected together.
