The 3 Policies
This section explains the Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care’s policies on degree conferral, curriculum organization and implementation, and admissions.
History
The faculty saw its beginnings when Dr. Shibasaburo Kitasato, the first Dean of the School of Medicine, recognized the importance of nursing in medical care and established the Department of Medicine Nurse Training Center in 1918.
Qualifications Students Can Obtain
You will be able to take the registered nurse national examination. The public health nurse or midwife national examinations can also be taken as an elective.
Dual Bachelor's and Master's Program: 4+1 BSN-MSN
Collaboration with the Graduate School of Health Management to obtain a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in five years
