1 Energy Conservation Goals
Reduce energy consumption intensity by 2% or more compared to FY2025 for each campus unit.
*1 Energy Consumption Intensity
A numerical value calculated by converting each type of energy (electricity, gas, etc.) into heat quantity to total their usage, and then dividing that total by the total floor area of each campus.
2 June Results
Reductions were achieved at all six campuses, and five campuses, excluding Shiba-Kyoritsu Campus, achieved reductions exceeding the energy conservation goals.

(2) Factor Analysis
As the average outdoor temperature in Tokyo remained 3.2°C lower than the previous year, cooling demand decreased significantly, resulting in reduced energy usage across all campuses. Other reduction factors include the ongoing promotion of LED lighting and operational improvements to air conditioning and ventilation systems at each campus, as well as the power generation effects of the solar power system that began operation at Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC) this fiscal year.
