Due to the approach of Typhoons No. 7 and No. 8, classes and office operations at various Keio University campuses and affiliated schools, as well as scheduled events for Saturday, June 27, will be handled under special measures (cancellation of classes, closure of offices, changes in business hours, etc.) based on the judgment of each campus, faculty, or department. Please note that some departments do not handle administrative matters on Saturdays as part of their regular schedule.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but to ensure safety, please keep the following points in mind.
■ To Current Students, Faculty, and Staff
Regarding classes: Measures such as class cancellations or switching to online formats may be taken. Please be sure to check the Keio University Student Website, K-Support, notices from each school, KIF4, etc.
Regarding administrative offices: Administrative offices may be closed or have reduced operations on short notice. Please refrain from non-essential visits and prioritize your personal safety.
■ To External Parties (Prospective Students, General Visitors, Guardians, etc.)
Due to severe weather, some offices and facilities may close on short notice.
We kindly ask that you refrain from non-essential visits as much as possible.
If you must visit, please check the operating status by phone or other means with each office in advance. Please note that due to the special measures, updates to departmental websites may be delayed, or phone calls may not go through due to office closures. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
