Keio University held an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Councillors on April 28, 2025, and decided on the following individual as the candidate for the next President, appointing them as a Trustee. The selection of the next President is scheduled to take place at the Board of Trustees meeting on May 27. A formal announcement regarding the decision on the President will be made after the Board of Trustees meeting concludes.
