Reduce the energy consumption intensity *1 for each campus by 2% or more compared to fiscal year 2023. *1 Energy consumption intensity
is a figure calculated by converting various energy sources (e.g., electricity, gas) into their calorific values to obtain a total, which is then divided by the total floor area of each campus.

Mita Campus: 64 MJ/m 2 (101%)
Hiyoshi Campus: 74 MJ/m 2 (100%)
Yagami Campus: 164 MJ/m 2 (100%)
Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC): 65 MJ/m 2 (101%)
Shiba-Kyoritsu Campus: 137 MJ/m 2 (94%)
Shinanomachi Campus: 223 MJ/m 2 (102%)
