Reduce the energy consumption intensity *1 at each campus by 2% or more compared to FY2023.
*1 Energy consumption intensity
This is a value calculated by converting each type of energy (e.g., electricity, gas) into its calorific value to sum up the usage of energy with different units, and then dividing the total value by the total floor area of each campus.

Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC): 70 MJ/m 2 (104%)
Shiba-Kyoritsu Campus: 136 MJ/m 2 (93%)
Shinanomachi Campus: 211 MJ/m 2 (100%)
