• Energy Conservation Target

Reduce the energy consumption intensity *1 at each campus by 2% or more compared to fiscal year 2023.

*1 Energy Consumption Intensity

This value is calculated by converting each type of energy (e.g., electricity, gas) to its calorific value to sum up the usage of energies with different units, and then dividing the total value by the total floor area of each campus.

The energy consumption intensity for each campus was as follows. We ask for your continued understanding and cooperation in the efficient use of energy.

Mita Campus: 56 MJ/m 2 (105%)

Hiyoshi Campus: 64 MJ/m 2 (99%)

Yagami Campus: 168 MJ/m 2 (110%)

Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC): 60 MJ/m 2 (109%)

Shiba-Kyoritsu Campus: 139 MJ/m 2 (100%)

Shinanomachi Campus: 225 MJ/m 2 (110%)
