To reduce the energy consumption intensity *1 for each campus by 2% or more compared to fiscal year 2022.
*1 Energy consumption intensity
A value calculated by converting each energy source (electricity, gas, etc.) into its calorific value to sum up their usage, and then dividing the total value by the total floor area of each campus.

Mita Campus: 62 MJ/m 2 (90%)
Hiyoshi Campus: 69 MJ/m 2 (81%)
Yagami Campus: 163 MJ/m 2 (86%)
Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC): 64 MJ/m 2 (91%)
Shiba-Kyoritsu Campus: 145 MJ/m 2 (85%)
Shinanomachi Campus: 217 MJ/m 2 (100%)
