To reduce the energy consumption intensity *1 for each campus by 2% or more compared to fiscal year 2022. *1 Energy consumption intensity
This is a figure calculated by converting each form of energy (e.g., electricity, gas) into its calorific value to calculate a total, and then dividing this total by the total floor area of each campus.

Mita Campus: 72 MJ/m 2 (93%)
Hiyoshi Campus: 79 MJ/m 2 (86%)
Yagami Campus: 198 MJ/m 2 (91%)
Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC): 84 MJ/m 2 (95%)
Shiba-Kyoritsu Campus: 163 MJ/m 2 (99%)
Shinanomachi Campus: 256 MJ/m 2 (95%)
