Open Dialogue Session Held Between OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and Keio Students

On Monday, June 12, 2023, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman visited Mita Campus to speak with Keio students.

The event began with an opening address from Keio University President Kohei Itoh, followed by a dialogue between moderator Professor Kyoko Ohara of the Faculty of Science and Technology and CEO Altman. After that, a Q&A session was held with participating students.

The event was held at the West School Building Hall where about 700 students engaged enthusiastically and asked questions throughout the 40-minute session. The event was also broadcast live in a nearby venue, classroom 519, providing a valuable opportunity for a total of more than 1,000 students to participate.
