• Energy Conservation Target
To reduce the energy consumption intensity *1 at each campus by 1% or more compared to fiscal year 2019. *1 Energy consumption intensity
This is a value calculated by converting each type of energy (e.g., electricity, gas) into its calorific value to sum up the usage of energy with different units, and then dividing the total value by the total floor area of each campus.
• Energy Consumption Intensity (Figures in parentheses indicate the ratio compared to the same month in fiscal year 2019)
The energy consumption intensity at each campus was as follows. We ask for your continued understanding and cooperation in the efficient use of energy.
Mita Campus: 59 MJ/m 2 (88%)
Hiyoshi Campus: 60 MJ/m 2 (93%)
Yagami Campus: 173 MJ/m 2 (101%)
Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC): 58 MJ/m 2 (98%)
Shiba-Kyoritsu Campus: 134 MJ/m 2 (100%)
Shinanomachi Campus: 217 MJ/m 2 (108%) *2
*2 For Shinanomachi Campus, Building 1 was under construction during fiscal year 2019, meaning the total floor area and facility usage conditions differ from the current situation. Therefore, the ratio of energy consumption intensity compared to fiscal year 2019 (the figure in parentheses) should be considered a reference value.
