Energy Conservation Target
Reduce the energy consumption intensity *1 at each campus by 1% or more compared to FY2019. *1 Energy consumption intensity
This is a value calculated by converting each type of energy (electricity, gas, etc.) into calorific value to sum up the usage of energy with different units, and then dividing the total value by the total floor area of each campus.
Energy Consumption Intensity (Figures in parentheses indicate the ratio to the same month in FY2019)
The energy consumption intensity at each campus was as follows. We ask for your continued understanding and cooperation in the efficient use of energy.
Mita Campus: 69 MJ/m 2 (103%)
Hiyoshi Campus: 86 MJ/m 2 (107%)
Yagami Campus: 189 MJ/m 2 (108%)
Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC): 72 MJ/m 2 (106%)
Shiba-Kyoritsu Campus: 172 MJ/m 2 (114%)
Shinanomachi Campus: 244 MJ/m 2 (121%) *2
*2 For Shinanomachi Campus, Building 1 was under construction during FY2019, meaning the total floor area and facility usage conditions differ from the current situation. Therefore, the ratio of energy consumption intensity to FY2019 (the figure in parentheses) should be considered a reference value.
