Tuesday, August 2	Deadline for address changes, etc.
Wednesday, August 3	Finalization of the Keio University alumni register (Ballots will be sent to the addresses registered in the Keio University alumni register as of this date. For those residing overseas, they will be sent by airmail.)
From Monday, August 22, onward	Ballots sent to overseas residents (sent to the addresses in the Keio University alumni register as of August 3)
From Monday, August 29, onward	Ballots sent to domestic residents (sent to the addresses in the Keio University alumni register as of August 3)
Monday, October 3	Election day (Voting deadline) (In-person voting is not permitted. Please be sure to vote either by mail using the designated ballot (postcard) or by electronic voting using the QR code.)
Monday, October 31	Announcement of the 36th Councilors
