・Energy Conservation Target

To reduce the energy consumption intensity *1 for each campus by 1% or more compared to fiscal year 2019. *1 Energy consumption intensity

This value is calculated by converting the consumption of different energy sources (e.g., electricity, gas) to a common unit of heat and dividing the total by the gross floor area of each campus.

・This Month's Energy Consumption Intensity (Figures in parentheses indicate the comparison with the same month in fiscal year 2019)

The energy consumption intensity for each campus was as follows. We ask for your continued understanding and cooperation in the efficient use of energy.

Mita Campus: 66 MJ/m 2 (87%)

Hiyoshi Campus: 78 MJ/m 2 (90%)

Yagami Campus: 222 MJ/m 2 (108%)

Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC): 71 MJ/m 2 (71%)

Shiba-Kyoritsu Campus: 179 MJ/m 2 (97%)

Shinanomachi Campus: 342 MJ/m 2 (117%) *2

*2 For the Shinanomachi Campus, Building 1 was under construction during fiscal year 2019, and the gross floor area and facility usage conditions differ from the current situation. Therefore, the comparison of energy consumption intensity with fiscal year 2019 (the figure in parentheses) should be considered a reference value.
