Keio University holds "Regional Meetings for Families of Keio Students" for the families and guarantors of Keio students who reside outside the Tokyo metropolitan area (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama). During these meetings, university officials visit them in person to provide updates on the university and give explanations on students' academic progress, student life, career paths, and other related matters.

These meetings began in 1963 and have been well-received as an excellent opportunity for families to deepen their understanding of Keio University and student life. Due to the spread of COVID-19, the meetings were suspended in the 2020 and 2021 academic years. This year, however, they are being held from June to July in nine selected cities nationwide (Sapporo, Sendai, Utsunomiya, Kanazawa, Nagoya, Osaka, Hiroshima, Takamatsu, and Fukuoka), with thorough infection prevention measures in place. (Pre-registration is required).

The photos show the meetings held in Utsunomiya City on Thursday, June 9, and in Sendai City on Tuesday, June 14.
