Fourteen university students who are members of the university's Athletic Association have tested positive for COVID-19.

In response, PCR tests are being administered to all students in the clubs of those who tested positive, and close contacts are being identified based on the activity records of the infected individuals. Additionally, following the guidance of the public health center, the students who tested positive have been hospitalized, and their close contacts have been self-quarantining at home for 14 days since Wednesday, December 29. We are currently taking all possible measures to prevent the further spread of the virus.

We ask for your understanding and consideration in respecting the human rights and protecting the personal information of the infected students and other related parties.

While the university has been raising awareness among students to prevent the spread of infection, we will continue to work in cooperation with the public health center, keep our students, faculty, and staff informed, and strive to prevent any further spread of the virus, while conducting classes and final examinations as scheduled.
