On July 19, Waseda University President Aiji Tanaka visited President Kohei Ito to exchange views on further collaboration.

Keio University and Waseda University have a deep connection, not only competing in a spirit of friendly rivalry in various fields such as education, research, and sports, but also through events such as the handover of the chairmanship of The Japan Association of Private Universities and Colleges from former Keio University President Akira Haseyama to Waseda University President Aiji Tanaka.

The two universities will continue to promote a closer cooperative relationship in various fields.
