Approximately 20 items will be exhibited, including Gozan-ban editions, Kokatsuji-ban (old movable-type printing) editions, and related books, all of which hold a particularly important place in the history of Japanese publishing. On the day of the event, Takahiro Sasaki (Professor, Institute of Oriental Classics (Shido Bunko)) and Michio Sato (Professor, Faculty of Letters) will be on hand to explain the exhibited books.
