The Japanese Society for Basic Psychology's First Forum of 2017 (Co-hosted by the Mita Philosophical Society)
This forum will focus on experiments in social psychology, providing an opportunity to consider whether the experimental procedures and equipment currently used in basic psychology can contribute to advancing experimental research in this field. The speakers are all leading researchers in social psychology who are advancing their studies using experimental methods. This forum is co-hosted with the Mita Philosophical Society and is open to anyone who is interested.

Each of the three speakers will give a 40-minute presentation followed by a 10-minute discussion (150 minutes total). The remaining time will be used for 5-minute questions from each designated discussant and 5-minute responses.
