*Family members will first be shown to (1) the Hiyoshi Kaido Senior High School Gymnasium. When that becomes full, they will be directed to (2) the Fourth School Building.

*Those with physical disabilities should go directly to (3) the Kyoseikan Collaboration Complex. *No reservations required

・Refer to the map linked above for directions.

・Follow directions from staff when arriving at the venue.

・Please use public transportation when coming to the venue.

・Refrain from gathering in front of the Hiyoshi Station ticket gates or nearby areas, as this can cause issues with pedestrian traffic.

・You may experience long queues to use the restrooms due to their limited number. Please allow yourself ample time to use the facilities when coming to the venue.

*Please note that each graduating student may invite up to two family members to the ceremony.

・Graduating students and their families will be in separate rooms.

・The livestream of the entrance ceremony will be broadcast at this venue for families.

・While we have used experiences from past ceremonies to arrange for ample seating, please be aware of the possibility that the venue may reach capacity.

・We recommend wearing warm clothing as the weather may be cold on the day of the ceremony.
