Keio University, Sophia University, and Tohoku University are co-hosting the workshop series "Considering Ukraine's Recovery and Future" this academic year. The third workshop, titled "The Lublin Triangle and Japan," will be held on Monday, December 4, at the Keio University Mita Campus.

The Lublin Triangle refers to a regional alliance between Ukraine, Poland, and Lithuania, based on their shared traditions and historical ties. The name originates from the joint declaration for its establishment, which was signed in the Polish city of Lublin in July 2020. Regardless of when the war in Ukraine ends, it is necessary to begin considering the country's recovery and its future. In this workshop, we will invite the ambassadors of these three countries and discuss the collaboration between Japan and the Lublin Triangle, their cooperative framework.
