Keio University regards providing opportunities for lifelong learning as part of its role in society, and as such, it provides a place where many people can easily access knowledge and culture across a wide range of fields. Open courses and seminars are held throughout the year at each campus and at off-campus venues. Some of the courses are co-sponsored by local governments and charitable organizations.
For working adults, Keio offers a variety of programs through the Keio Business School, correspondence courses, the Research Center for Foreign Language Education, and the Keio Marunouchi City Campus (Keio MCC). In addition, there is also a system in place for non-degree students, such as non-degree student (for credit).
