Entrance Examination Information for Graduate School of Medicine Doctoral Programs

Applicants must review the following information before submitting their application.

[Important] For the written examination (English), both the questions and answers will be in English.

  〈Notice: MD-PhD course application eligibility〉Those who can select when the application registration (online) are limited to those who selected "the Medical School Physician Researcher Development Program(the MD PhD course)" while attending Keio University School of Medicine and were approved to apply for graduate school as an the MD-PhD course.  

Application Guidelines

  Please read the "application guide" prior to beginning the application process. Applicants must discuss their research plans in detail with a graduate school committee member of the program they wish to participate in, and obtain that committee member's preliminary consent to become the applicant's research supervisor. You can search for professors' research fields by looking at [Faculty List].

Application Process

  Applicants must discuss their research plans in detail with a graduate school committee member of the program they wish to participate in, and obtain that committee member's preliminary consent to become the applicant's research supervisor. You can search for professors' research fields by looking at the [Faculty List] . Inquiries should be limited to matters concerning application approval. We are unable to respond to other types of inquiries. Please note that we may not be able to respond to your request. If you do not know how to contact a professor, please use the following methods.  

Only faculty members who are listed as "Doctoral" in the "Thesis Advisor" column of the Faculty List may be selected.
