CARE―悩みと仕事の両立支援―

Achieving work-life balance is essential for stabilizing and enriching each individual's way of life. To this end, the Office for the Promotion of a Harmonious Environment has implemented KIDS (childcare support) and KIND (elderly care support). As part of childcare support, Nurse Kids☆Support and KIDS for Students have also been launched.

Previous programs were designed to support those who strive for others, such as in childcare or elderly care. We provide support to help individuals achieve harmony between work and life without having to bear anxieties alone. In contrast, CARE aims to directly care for your mind and body.

Some may gradually return to work while receiving treatment and recuperating without rushing. With a little assistance, some may be able to continue their research and education as before. In addition to such support, CARE addresses worries that can cause mental and physical distress. These include worries at work, such as being overwhelmed and exhausted by work, struggling with human relationships, or suspecting harassment. There are also worries at home, such as ongoing discord with a partner or a child seemingly being bullied. Furthermore, some may have private concerns, such as anxiety about their health or a desire for advice on their future career. CARE's support program allows you to verbalize and discuss your mental suffering and worries. Please make use of this support to lead a fulfilling life both at work and at home.

It can be said that the first step to achieving a rewarding job and a joyful life is to take care of yourself. This first step includes, of course, taking rest and getting enough sleep, but also receiving assistance and discussing your worries.
