The Regional ICT Platform Lab in Keio University Research Institute at SFC was established in 2020 for the purpose of community-led renovation of critical infrastructures, inviting INTEC, which has a good awareness about ICT infrastructure development. Disasters become more frequent towards 2030s'. The relief supply and private Digital Exchange Working Group at the lab is considering how the logistics infrastructure used by the private sector for procurement during normal times convert public infrastructure for providing disaster relief supplies. The research activities for new Digital Exchange highlighting daily necessities are ongoing.In 2022, we announced the results of a joint survey with local and national companies in Nobeoka City.
