Since AY 2015, Himi City (Toyama Prefecture), Nagashima Town (Kagoshima Prefecture), and the Keio Research Institute at SFC have jointly developed a series of programs related to the "yellowtail scholarship program," which supports the creation of opportunities, etc., for people to return to the region. As a result, Himi City has implemented this program as a social experiment since 2017 and it has been used by over 300 people.
