Class Reunions and Mita-kai at Mita Campus

For the purpose of alumni social gatherings such as class reunions and Mita-kai, alumni may use dining facilities at Mita Campus, including restaurants (Faculty Club, Faculty Club Guest Room) and student cafeterias (The Cafeteria, Yamashoku, Co-op Cafeteria).

Location:4F, South School Building

Openning hours: Weekdays: 18:00–21:00,Saturday: 11:00–21:00

Capacity: Cafeteria A: 50–120 people,Cafeteria B: 20–50 people

When using both venues (A + B): 120–200 people

Yamashoku

Location:M2F, West School Building

Openning hours: Weekdays: 16:00–20:30 Saturday: 15:00–20:30

Capacity: 20–200 people

Co-op Cafeteria

Location:B1F, West School Building

Opening hours: Weekdays: 18:00–20:30, Saturday: 16:00–20:30

Capacity: Weekdays: 30–400 people, Saturday: 50–400 people  

Application Procedures

The application procedures are as follows.

1. Please contact the Keio University Office of Facilities and Property Management (03-5427-1531) by phone to check facility availability and terms of use. If the desired date and time are available, a provisional reservation will be made.

Office of Facilities and Property Management counter hours

Weekdays 9:00–11:30, 12:30–17:00 (excluding university-wide holidays and other holidays designated by Keio University).


2. After making a provisional reservation, please fill out the "Dining Facility Use Application Form (for Keio University alumni)" and return it to the Office of Facilities and Property Management via mail, email attachment, or fax.

3. This completes the procedure. Please consult directly with each cafeteria regarding the details of food and beverages.

  • If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 15 days in advance. Cancellations made within two weeks of the date may incur a cancellation fee. Please contact each establishment for details. This also applies to provisional reservations.

  • Vehicle entry is restricted at Mita Campus. If you wish to enter by vehicle for unavoidable reasons, please contact the Facilities and Property Management staff (03-5427-1531).
