Temporary Staff (Part-time) - 1 position
This is an important position supporting the accounting processes of the laboratory. We welcome those who are good at meticulous work. We currently plan to have a two-person system, where the two of you will work together and support each other. Because it is a system where you can cover for each other, it is easy to adjust working hours and work flexibly. The other staff member is already working and the environment allows for thorough training, so even those without experience can apply with confidence. Additionally, as the current staff is raising small children, the environment is understanding of those raising children. This is a flexible working system suitable for those who find it difficult to work full-time. There are also opportunities to interact with students, making it a bright and lively environment.
Working Days and Hours
Working days and hours are negotiable
Working within the scope of dependent exemption is possible
Contract Period
As soon as possible after May 2026
*Single-year contract (Contract renewal is possible after April 1, 2027, upon mutual agreement)
Working Conditions
Salary: Based on Keio University regulations
Transportation Expenses: Provided (Commuting expenses up to the equivalent of a 120km JR commuter pass; bus only if the straight-line distance is 1km or more)
Social Insurance: Health insurance, Employees' Pension insurance, Employment insurance, etc. provided (if enrollment requirements are met)
Paid Leave
Granted based on the Labor Standards Act
Main Duties
・Voucher processing (expense reimbursement, payment applications, ordering processes, etc.)
・Verification and organization of accounting-related documents
・Administrative assistance to ensure smooth laboratory operations, such as meeting room reservations
・Other administrative support related to laboratory operations
Qualifications
・ Those who can work meticulously
・Those who can approach work with a sense of responsibility
・Those capable of basic PC operations (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
・Inexperienced candidates are very welcome
