The winners of the 2025 Fumiko Yonezawa Award have been decided.
On April 1, 2020, the "Keio University Graduate School of Science and Technology Fumiko Yonezawa Scholarship Fund" was established based on a donation from Ms. Rumiko Yonezawa, the eldest daughter of the late Professor Emeritus Fumiko Yonezawa (Department of Physics, Faculty of Science and Technology). Along with this, the Graduate School of Science and Technology established the Fumiko Yonezawa Award. This award is presented to women who have achieved remarkable results in research activities at the Graduate School of Science and Technology and have produced results in international activities, with the aim of "encouraging female scientists."
On March 23, 2026, certificates and supplementary prizes (commemorative plaques) were presented to the three winners of this award.
