Job Title / Number of Openings
Temporary Staff (Part-time) / 1 person
Working Days and Hours
Approximately 3-4 days per week, 5-7 hours per day, but both days and hours are negotiable.
Contract Period
As soon as possible after September 2025
*Single-year contract (Contract renewal is possible after April 1, 2026, upon mutual agreement)
Working Conditions
Allowance: 1,300 yen or more (negotiable)
Transportation Expenses: Provided (up to the equivalent of a 120km JR commuter pass; bus only if the straight-line distance is 1km or more)
Social Insurance: Health insurance, employees' pension insurance, employment insurance, etc. (if eligibility requirements are met)
Paid Leave
Granted in accordance with the Labor Standards Act
Job Description
Engage in all or any of the following tasks:
Administrative assistance, purchasing procedures and accounting, various procedures related to business trips, receiving mail, booking meeting rooms, general affairs in the laboratory, assistance with international student admission procedures, and preparation/assistance for classes and events, etc.
Qualifications
・Basic operation of Word, Excel, etc.
・Ability to handle email correspondence.
・Ability to use Keio University's dedicated systems based on manuals and other explanatory materials.
・Ability to check for errors in documents and data, and appropriately create documents and data while referring to regulations as necessary.
・Possession of business manners and a cooperative attitude.
