Job Title and Number of Positions
Temporary Staff (Part-time), 1 position
Work Days and Hours
Approximately 2–5 days per week for approximately 5–7 hours per day. Both work days and hours are negotiable.
Contract Period
From June 2025, as soon as possible
*This is a single-year contract. The contract may be renewed on or after April 1, 2026, upon mutual agreement.
Working Conditions
Salary: Negotiable, starting from 1,300 yen or more per hour
Transportation expenses: Provided (up to the equivalent of a 120 km JR commuter pass; bus fare is covered only for distances of 1 km or more in a straight line).
Social insurance: Health insurance, employees' pension insurance, employment insurance, etc., are available (for those who meet the eligibility requirements).
Paid Leave
Granted in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
Job Description
- Assisting with semiconductor fabrication
- Assisting with semiconductor experiments
- Assisting with evaluation and measurement experiments
- Creating summary documents of experimental results
Qualifications
- No prior experience in semiconductor-related fields or university administration is required. However, any relevant experience will be taken into consideration.
- Ability to perform detailed work using tweezers.
- Ability to operate experimental equipment according to manuals.
- Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other similar software.
- Ability to handle email correspondence.
- Ability to use Keio University's dedicated systems based on manuals and other explanatory materials.
- Ability to check documents and data for errors, and to create documents and data appropriately by referring to regulations as necessary.
- Possession of business etiquette and a cooperative attitude.
