"Yagami Prize" Award Ceremony and Lecture Held by the Alumni Association Research and Education Encouragement Fund

The Faculty of Science and Technology has established the "Alumni Association Research and Education Encouragement Fund" to annually recognize and encourage alumni who, with a foundation in science and technology, have made significant social contributions through outstanding professional achievements or research and educational activities.

This year, for the 23rd time, the Yagami Prize award ceremony and lecture, titled the "Yagami Prize Commemorative Lecture," were held on Saturday, October 26, 2024. Along with the awards and lectures for the recipients of the 2024 "Yagami Prize," an award ceremony and company introduction were also held for the recipients of the 2024 "Yagami Prize (for Entrepreneurship Support)," which aims to support new businesses and startups. The award ceremony and lecture were conducted in a HyFlex format using a Zoom webinar.

We look forward to the continued success of the award winners.

Co-founder / Director and CTO, Enerbank, Inc.

With the vision "to make energy procurement simpler," they founded Enerbank, Inc. to tackle new challenges. Amid the increasing complexity of procurement methods in energy sourcing, they aim to bridge the information gap between sellers and buyers and realize energy services from the consumer's perspective.
