After confirming your eligibility and other requirements in the respective application guidelines, please apply via the Google Form (keio.jp authentication required) during the application period. As a general rule, the scholarship funds are to be used for tuition and expenses related to research activities.
*Prospective students planning to enroll in the Graduate School of Science and Technology Ph.D. program in April 2025 (who are scheduled to take the entrance examination in February) are also eligible to apply.

(List of Research Achievements (for Special Scholarships only) / Instructions for Preparing the List of Research Achievements)
Fill in the required information on the Google Form and submit your academic transcript through it. The List of Research Achievements and the Letter of Recommendation must be submitted via your academic advisor. The template for the Letter of Recommendation is distributed only to faculty members. Please ensure that all file names begin with "StudentID_YourName."
Students from within Keio must submit an official academic transcript issued by a certificate-issuing machine or at a convenience store. PDF files of web-based grade reports will not be accepted.
If you are a student from another university or otherwise do not have a keio.jp account, please contact the Student Life Section at the Office of Student Services (gakusei-c.yagami@adst.keio.ac.jp). We will provide instructions regarding the submission of documents. Please password-protect your files and send them via email. Your file names should include your full name.
If any false information is found in your application, the scholarship award will be revoked. This may also affect your eligibility in future scholarship screenings.
