Application for Research Purposes
(1) Submit a "Request for Permission to Use" (in any format, signed by your academic advisor) to the Office of Student Services at least five business days in advance. The request must provide details of the experiment, including the desired facility, the desired date and time, and the number of people.
(2) The Office of Student Services will reply to coordinate the schedule and inform you of the availability.
Application for Use for Extracurricular Activities and by Laboratories
Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria listed under "Eligible Users" for each facility and must obtain approval from the club president or the laboratory's academic advisor before applying.
Note: No application is required for officially authorized student clubs that are members of the Ground Management Committee, the Gymnasium Management Committee, or the Tennis Court Management Committee when they use their respective facilities according to a pre-arranged schedule.
(1) Apply to the Office of Student Services via email at gakusei-c.yagami@adst.keio.ac.jp with the following information at least five business days in advance:
1. Desired facility
2. Name of the laboratory's academic advisor or the officially authorized student club
3. Desired dates and times (please provide three preferences)
4. Purpose of use
5. Number of people
(2) The Office of Student Services will reply to coordinate the schedule and inform you of the availability.
Classroom

Tennis Court
Eligible Users
Permitted only for activities of the Faculty of Science and Technology Athletic Association and for Keio students to play tennis.
Use for student club activities is not permitted.
Available Hours for General Keio Students
10:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. on weekdays when classes are in session, excluding examination periods. These hours are within the regular hours of use from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Available only during time slots preset by the Tennis Court Operating Committee.
Not available on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and holidays designated by the Juku, regardless of whether classes are in session.
Not available during the Mita Festival period (including preparation and cleanup days).
Application Method
Fill out the “Facility Use Request” form at the general reception desk of the Office of Student Services. Note: The names of all users must be listed.
Application Hours
On a first-come, first-served basis, starting at 8:45 a.m. on the day before use.
Precautions
Tennis attire and tennis shoes must be worn. (Changing on the court is not permitted.)
The courts cannot be used on the day after it rains until they are dry.
The courts may be unavailable depending on their condition, even on sunny days.
Even with permission, the courts cannot be used if they are covered with sheets or if the nets are not set up.
Equipment rental is not available.
No eating.
Please take your trash with you.
Please stop using the court, brush it, and vacate the area at least five minutes before the end of your reserved time.
Notes
If the courts are unavailable due to tournaments or other events, a notice will be posted.
Ground and Mini-Ground
Eligible Users
Activities of the Faculty of Science and Technology Athletic Association or officially authorized student clubs approved by the Office of Student Services.
Use by laboratory groups of students from the Faculty of Science and Technology and the Graduate School of Science and Technology for activities such as softball and soccer.
Available Hours
8:30 a.m.–8:30 p.m. *By reservation only.

*The facilities may be unavailable on some days due to maintenance, preparations for the Yagami Festival, or other events. Please check with the Office of Student Services for availability.
Important Notes
No eating or drinking (hydration is permitted).
Reservations must reflect the actual time of use. If you will not be using the ground during your reserved time, you must update the schedule and cancel your reservation. If it is found that a reservation was not canceled for an unused time slot, the relevant club's access to the ground may be restricted.
Gymnasium
Eligible Users
Activities of officially authorized student clubs based at Yagami Campus and those approved by the Office of Student Services.
When undergraduate or graduate students from the Faculty of Science and Technology play table tennis as a laboratory group.
*For information on using the shower rooms, please refer to the "Shower Rooms" section.
Availability
8:30 a.m.–8:30 p.m. *For users with prior reservations only.

When used by laboratory groups, the facility is available for table tennis only. Players must bring their own rackets and balls. Use for any other purpose is prohibited.

Student Communication Room (Building 14, 1st Floor)
Eligibility
Use by laboratories of the Faculty of Science and Technology and the Graduate School of Science and Technology
Use by an officially authorized student club based at the Yagami Campus
Use by faculty members for academic conferences and other related activities

Notes
Use by students alone is not permitted (a faculty member must be present).
The area behind the grand piano is available for private booking from 16:30 to 20:00, Monday–Saturday.
Shower Rooms (Building 16-B, first floor; Building 27, Gymnasium)
Eligibility
Undergraduate and graduate students of Keio University
Availability
Monday–Sunday: 9:00–20:30 (excluding days when the campus is closed)
Application Procedures
Unlock the shower room entrance with your student ID card.
(For Building 16-B only) If you are the last person to leave, turn off the main gas valve.
Note: The door will lock automatically after you leave. Please make sure not to leave your student ID card inside.
Important Notes
Always use your own student ID card to unlock the door.
If you have special circumstances and wish to use the facility without a student ID card, please consult with the Office of Student Services in advance.
To prevent theft, do not bring valuables.
Please check with the Office of Student Services, as the facility may be unavailable on certain dates for maintenance.

Notes
Follow all regulations, including the prohibition on using open flames and electric heaters.
Special advance application may be required during certain periods, such as the university-wide summer vacation.
YW's Common Room (Building 26, 1st Floor, 102A)
Yagami Women's Common Room: A women-only Resting Room on the Yagami Campus.
Eligible Users
Female students, faculty, staff, and researchers (including collaborative researchers) of Keio University.
Availability
Monday–Sunday: 9:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. (excluding days when the campus is closed).
Application Procedure
Students must register in advance at the Property Management Section of the Faculty of Science and Technology (Building 14, 3rd Floor), and faculty and staff at the General Affairs Section of the Faculty of Science and Technology (Building 14, 3rd Floor), following identity verification. Same-day registration is possible.
Use the intercom next to the common room entrance for identity verification by the security office.
Unlock the door with your student ID card or faculty/staff ID card.
To exit, turn the thumbturn on the door to unlock it. Notifying the security office of your departure is not required.
Silence Room (Building 12, 2nd Floor, 201)
Eligible Users
Keio University undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and staff
Availability
Monday–Saturday: 8:30 a.m.–8:30 p.m. (excluding days the campus is closed)
Application and Use
First-time users must complete the registration procedure at the International Section of the Office of Student Services, Faculty of Science and Technology (Building 25, 1st floor). Afterward, the facility may be used during available hours in accordance with the rules.
