Procedures for Vehicle Entry

Conditions for Vehicle Entry

As a general rule, vehicle entry to the campus is prohibited, except for those who have been granted special permission for the following reasons.

  • Bringing items onto or off campus that cannot be transported without a vehicle (only for cases related to regular curriculum and extracurricular activities).

  • Reasons due to injury or illness (a medical certificate is generally required).

  • Other special circumstances.

Application Period

By three business days before the desired date of entry.

Application Procedure

For entry for extracurricular activities

Submit the "Yagami Campus Vehicle Entry Permit Application" via email to the Student Life Section of the Office of Student Services (gakusei-c.yagami@adst.keio.ac.jp). Only those who receive approval from the Office of Student Services after submission will be permitted to enter.

For entry by external parties related to an officially authorized student club (e.g., directors, coaches)

The club president must apply using the "Vehicle Entry Permit Application (Temporary Entry to Yagami Campus)." *Accessible to faculty and staff; not accessible to students.

For other cases (e.g., students for regular curriculum purposes [classes, laboratories], external parties not related to ② above, etc.)

Please complete the procedures at the Property Management Section (Building 14, 3rd floor, Sosokan).

Notes

  • Large buses may not enter the premises.

  • When entering the premises, please stop in front of the security office and follow the instructions of the security guard.

  • Please park in designated parking areas.
