Final-year students, once your post-graduation plans (such as a job offer or admission to further education) are confirmed, please register your Report on Future Plans by following the instructions below.
The Career Support Office of the Office of Student Services, Faculty of Science and Technology, requests all final-year students to submit their Report on Future Plans. Regardless of your plans—whether you are pursuing further education, seeking employment, not seeking employment (due to continuing education, studying abroad, preparing for certification exams, extension of enrollment, etc.), returning to a company, or are a working professional enrolled in a doctoral program—all students must register by following the method below. Additionally, students who will be graduating (or completing their program) without finalized plans must also register this report before their departure from the university. The aggregated data from these reports will be used as statistical material for Keio University for public relations activities both within and outside the university, and for responding to various surveys, questionnaires, and interviews, including those from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT). Personal information, such as names, will not be disclosed. If you have any concerns about the publication of your employment information, please contact the Career Support Office of the Office of Student Services, Faculty of Science and Technology, before your graduation or program completion.
How to Register
1. Log in via keio.jp.
*Note: A Keio ID for the Keio Single Sign-On System (keio.jp) is required to use the Placement and Career Services System.
2. From the "Placement and Career" menu in the category view,
3. Under "Application," click "Job Hunting Experiences System."
4. Click the "Submit Report on Future Plans" button. This will open the "Keio Students' Report on Future Plans Survey" Google Form. Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the survey.

Notes
If your plans change after submission, or if you need to modify or correct the information you provided, please resubmit the "Keio Students' Report on Future Plans Survey." You can make changes on the system at any time while you are enrolled at the university.
If you have secured employment, we kindly ask you to also submit a report on your job-hunting experience through the "Submit Experience Report" section on the same website.
